CW360 / DESIGN LIBRARY

A document has a job to do.

The source rebuild plan, workflow manuals and readiness checklist connect each artifact to a role, version, workflow and proof requirement.

From source to adopted document.

The Builder distinguishes catalog need, type scaffold, substantive reusable master, client draft and adopted document. A catalog title is not a completed manual.

RecordQuestion it answers
Source and lineageWhere did the content come from, and which edition applies?
Scope and applicabilityWhich entity, site, service and population does it cover?
Ownership and approvalWho maintains it and who may adopt it?
Implementation evidenceWas staff training completed and the tool used in practice?
Revision and reviewWhat changed, why, when and under whose authority?

The Golden Thread applies to the documents too.

Policy → procedure → training → tool → documented work → review → correction. The operational chain should survive changes in personnel.

The website is not the evidence vault.

This site can describe methods and list approved public resources. Confidential evidence, patient records, signatures and personnel documentation must not be placed in the public Media Library or website forms.

Bring the model into real operation.

Define the receiving organization, authority, scope, people, tools and review evidence before adopting or launching a service.
