COLLABORATION WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Connect the work. Keep authority clear.
CW360 works through scoped organizational engagements, managed-enterprise partnerships, workforce relationships, and separately defined affiliated resources.
Separate organizations. Defined collaboration.
Managed enterprise partners
An independently owned company may delegate agreed functions to CW360 without transferring ownership.
Provider organizations
A behavioral-health organization retains its legal provider identity and responsibilities except where appropriately and explicitly delegated.
Optional affiliated resources
PRISM Revenue Cycle & Clinical Systems is described in the CW360 architecture as a separate affiliated resource—not CW360’s internal billing department.
Client choice stays visible.
Clients may use PRISM, another vendor, or their own operation. Specific services and responsibilities are set in separate agreements.
A name, logo, or link does not establish ownership, provider status, endorsement, shared records, or an active agreement. Public partner listings require confirmation and permission.
Partnerships need a defined handoff.
The source architecture preserves separately operated organizations, client choice and permission for public descriptions.
THE NEXT STEP
What are you building, repairing, or trying to govern?
Start with a clear description of the work. We will define the scope, the authority, and the next step before proposing the engagement.
