Capacity starts with the real work.
The archive includes staff scheduling examples, lane schedules, a 32-hour billable-planner concept and multi-site examples. They are historical planning artifacts—not proof of current staffing or reimbursable capacity.
Protect more than the group block.
The adult and youth source models reserve time for arrival, handoffs, transport, documentation, supervision, meals, transition and recovery from disruptions. Those functions need coverage even when they are not a billable service.
The separation principle.
The adult notes propose a 9:00 AM–2:45 PM adult window and a 2:45–3:00 turnover before youth operations. Evening adult activity is conditional on separate flows and sufficient supervision. These are source design options, not the public operating hours of an active CW360 site.
Model capacity before promising it.
The scheduling workbooks are inventoried with their source names and fingerprints. Spreadsheet calculations were not validated in this build. Staffing and billable-hour decisions must be reviewed against actual people, scope, service definitions and operating conditions.
Bring the model into real operation.
Define the receiving organization, authority, scope, people, tools and review evidence before adopting or launching a service.
