The design begins with accessibility, pacing, the person’s priorities, and a clear distinction between community activities, peer support, and clinical services.

The operator, location, staffing, supervisory capacity, service permissions, payer arrangements, and public information must be confirmed before an offer is activated.

The system-level notes emphasize connection, accessible pacing, routines, medical-visit coordination, grief/loss, daily function and support-seeking. Separate clinical tracks and carefully bounded intergenerational activities are described as different choices.

Reduce isolation through meaningful contact and an identified support map.

Make transportation, appointments, benefits and follow-up visible.

Include chosen roles, legacy and participation without making employment a condition of care.
The age threshold is not assumed.
The January guide uses 65+ for a Phase 2 older-adult expansion. This build does not replace that source threshold with a different age cutoff or announce an active CW360 senior service.
