The role described in the source set.
Peer work emphasizes mutual support, role modeling, recovery engagement, early support-seeking and linkage. The case-management chapter gives each service a different documentation emphasis.

Belonging is not a substitute for a scope decision.
The executive architecture includes peer, family-peer, peer-club, alumni and continuing-recovery functions in D19. Whether any particular program is activated depends on the receiving organization and its adopted scope.
Community participation and contribution.
The materials connect support networks, pro-social activities and chosen contribution to longer-term stability. Peer-only, clinical and community activities remain distinct rather than being combined under one billing or service label.
