What is shared across the versions.
Name a practical skill, rehearse it, connect it to daily functioning and document a next step. The youth version adds a phase-and-portfolio emphasis; the earlier guide describes client curriculum, staff culture and documentation/fidelity as three linked uses.

Define the receiving organization, authority, scope, people, tools and review evidence before adopting or launching a service.
