CW360 / SYSTEMS THAT HOLD

Clear authority. Trained people. Verified next steps.

Rebuild the service and the system that holds it.

01

Executive clinical leadership

Define clinical decision rights, review cadence, service priorities, and escalation.

02

Program and workforce design

Align services with role readiness, training, supervision, documentation, and capacity.

03

Quality and stabilization

Connect chart review, incidents, corrective action, performance measures, and operating decisions.

Written authority. Distinct responsibilities.

CW360’s management role is defined through the engagement. The provider organization retains its legal identity and the responsibilities not expressly and appropriately delegated.

CW360 management does not, by itself, make CW360 the provider of record or extend another organization’s licensure, enrollment, or accreditation. Client care, records, employment, billing, and medical authority must be clearly assigned.

The CCO role connects the whole clinical system.

The executive architecture connects service design, supervision, quality, documentation, workforce, implementation and corrective action. The provider organization retains its legal identity unless a separate lawful arrangement establishes otherwise.

THE NEXT STEP

What are you building, repairing, or trying to govern?

Start with a clear description of the work. We will define the scope, the authority, and the next step before proposing the engagement.
