LANE 02 / MANAGE AND ALIGN
Keep your company. Strengthen how it operates.
CW360 can diagnose, design, install, manage, and improve the systems behind an independently owned organization. The relationship begins with a clear scope and visible decision rights.
Choose the level of involvement the organization needs.
01
Advisory Partner
CW360 diagnoses, designs, recommends, and reviews. The owner remains the operator.
02
Embedded Management Partner
CW360 actively manages agreed functions such as workforce, quality, implementation, documentation, or performance review.
03
Full Operating Partner
CW360 operates substantial defined functions under a written management agreement while the owner retains reserved authority.
Responsibility and authority belong on the same page.
The management model separates daily execution from corporate decisions such as ownership, sale, debt, guarantees, and governing-document changes.
- Scope and deliverables: the functions CW360 will actually hold.
- Decision rights: what is delegated, shared, supported, or reserved.
- Operating cadence: owners, dates, escalation, reports, and corrective action.
- Transition: how records, tools, responsibilities, and continuity will be handed back.
A management engagement does not automatically transfer ownership, create a subsidiary, or merge records and finances.
Three levels of delegation.
The source distinguishes advisory support, embedded functional management and a full operating partnership. Ownership and legally reserved matters do not transfer by implication.
| Level | Source role |
|---|---|
| Advisory partner | Diagnose, design, recommend, review and coach |
| Embedded management partner | Manage selected functions, workflows and performance |
| Full operating partner | Operate substantial portions under a written management agreement |
THE NEXT STEP
What are you building, repairing, or trying to govern?
