CW360 / DESIGN LIBRARY

A shared structure. A distinct service decision.

The OCCO Service-Line Recovery Architecture uses Define–Manage–Deliver–Assess, a universal clinical chassis and funding-source adapters to organize development.

What the source architecture connects.

Governance, access, assessment, planning, service delivery, supervision, documentation, utilization review, outcomes and transition must be designed together.

01

Common operating structure

Shared definitions, roles, records and review cadence.

02

Program-specific design

Population, admission, schedule, staffing and service components.

03

Funding-source adapter

The separate rules, contracts, authorizations and documentation for the actual funding arrangement.

The adult schedule sources are not one adopted service rule.

The January guide favors an OP/coordination-first launch with higher intensity in Phase 2. The later adult notes emphasize DT and standard/high-intensity IOP models. The distinction remains visible in this site rather than being treated as a current service announcement.

Source modelDescribed schedule option
January guide IOP template3 days × 3 hours
Adult planning notes standard IOP3 days × 3 hours
Adult planning notes higher-intensity IOP option4 days × 3 hours
Adult planning notes daytime operating window9:00 AM–2:45 PM; protected turnover before youth programming

Remote work remains an explicit design choice.

The January source limits remote support to follow-up and coordination; other materials discuss hybrid services and telehealth infrastructure. The supplied sources do not establish a fully activated CW360 virtual PHP, IOP or clinical-intake platform.

Bring the model into real operation.

Define the receiving organization, authority, scope, people, tools and review evidence before adopting or launching a service.
